RecommendedJust went to get my oil changed. I was greeted by the most polite welcoming young man, Dalton Morrow. Thanks so much for taking care of me, getting my service done promptly without an appointment and filling me in on the “Lady’s Day” special. Don Hartman should be proud they have him on their team!
They are untrustworthy in my opinion.
We have tried for over 2 weeks to get a resolution on this issue. No one returns calls! Your commercials about how amazing your customer service is, are a joke. There is no accountability, only constant passing the buck. Moreover, the service manager lied just to get us to stop asking for his help. Our warranty issue could have easily been resolved and we would have stayed loyal customers, but this dealership lacks leadership and anyone willing to step up.
As a Park City resident I would've loved to recommend Don Hattan but unfortunately their service department seems clueless. I brought my 2019 Blazer here twice to have issues corrected but they were unable. After being asked to schedule another appointment I decided to try a different dealer in the area instead. After only one visit to this other dealer I was made aware that Chevrolet has a TSB for both problems I was experiencing. Awesome experience this week getting into our new vehicle. Ken was a fantastic help! Plus when I went to pick it up this morning he was able to help me with my 11 month old daughter while I switched her car seat over. He was a down to earth kind of guy you can trust. Definitely recommend Ken as your next car guy!
