My Buick Regal has been in there shop at least 7 times in under 90 days it’s still got most of the same issues I call almost daily and don’t get a call back unless I push and push them with threats of filing a complaint the car went through there “121 point “inspection but needed work the second day I had it I have been passed on from one person to the other with a big line of excuses for why this or that isn’t happening ridiculous unprofessional I have begged for my car to be fixed now I am at there mercy ))) just to update... read more
