was told to take car up to the dealer ship repair shop because my husband car was leaking gas and some other stuff July 31 still have not gotten the car back it will be three weeks on Monday 8/14/2023 no communication skill no call back no nothing my kids start school and they don't offer rental cars poor service. since they had the car no one has look at it and they had it for 2 weeks already

They sell broken cars. We purchased a used vehicle from them at the very end of 2022. Shortly after we realized it had a slow coolant leak, so we had a diagnostic done at a third party, who diagnosed it with a cracked radiator that needed full replacement. $1500. The car was sold to us that way, even thought they claim to do a "rigorous inspection" of vehicles before sale. We called Don ********************* they did it for $600, for a car they sold broken. I bought a used car from Don Davis Nissan. Within 24 hours I had to take the car back to the dealership because lights started flashing on the dashboard. They took it to the shop and said it was just a sensor. I told the finance manager I don't want a bandage on it i want it fixed. He said they don't do that. Well now 3 weeks later the transmission is gone. so i had the car towed back to be fixed and they just tried to sale me some more older cars with more miles and for more money and said i will be upside down with the car... read more

A sales or finance employee was agressively pushing against my shoulder and repeatingif anything changes let me know interrupting me aggressively rudely as i left the building. He was matching my pace as i walked out of the building pushing against my shoulder with his while walking and pushing me sideways with his shoulder. Then he ran out after my vehichle as i was driving off with an offensive stance. They took it personal as i left and were basically being offensive because they could not take the rejection. They do not even deserve a 1 rating it should be 0. Bought a brand new pathfinder and absolutely hate the way it drives it shifts horribly and called the next day and manager ******/******* dont even know couldnt understand him half the time basically said sorry cannot help you. I asked to return it for a different vehicle not a pathfinder at all and he said sorry you have to get one of the same value due to contact. Don ********************** is a complete joke. Please do not service your car at this location. I brought my car in on 12/12 because it was smoking for some odd reason. I received a call from Manny the worst service representative Ive every dealt with gives me a call and says they charge a ****** diagnostic fee and if I decide to move forward the fee would go towards my bill. Ok no problem. Thirty minutes later he calls me back and tells me its my water pump and with parts and labor itll be $860.00. I was hesitant on moving ... read more

The worst experience ever at this dealership service center. I have just got my car back . I gave to them on the 13th of this month for a senor malfunctioning . I advise them of that once I brought it in and it help that once there the dash lights where on so they could see it .I was told that they would call me in two days.I advise them that I had to rent a car since dealership no longer offer that. I took my vehicle to Dan Davis service department on ***Arlington, TX 8 July 2022 10 AM. I understand that I am not the only one who needs service however I would expect them to tell me how long it would take to get my vehicle repaired. I called the service tech 4 times that evening and no answer. I called the morning of 9 July 2022 and that evening no answer.
