I was in Don Baskin, Friday day 10. Who answered me was Chuck and meet my expectations. As for the trucks shown, I was interested by some. Tomorrow I will visit them again and hopefully find a product that meets me. I understand light and heavy trucks and will exercise caution after reading the reviews here. If I suspect something, take my money to another place. Sincerely hope to make a good deal.
I saw a couple of trucks I was interested in. Called them and went over finance options. Gave them permission to run my credit once or twice and ends up they ran it like 11 times which hurt my credit score! Also, previous phone calls made on several trucks they had, very rude and not helpful at all!
I'm from Chicago & drove 8hrs to get there. They have the most unprofessional people working there. I had close a deal & I'm Hispanic but before I sign the papers some other white person walk in buying the same truck & they sold it to him. After I was there earlier & I was paying cash money instead of financing it. So if you're not white don't even stop by.
Bought truck from Baskin Truck Sales. Spent $25000.00 Chuck Baskin guaranteed me it was a good truck, I drove it 33.6 miles truck quit in Kmart parking lot in Raleigh Tn. I called Chuck and he told me it was mine. He told me to have it towed to him and he would look at it, but he would not give me my money back. We went seven hours from home to buy a couple trucks,after getting there they had a lot of used trucks to pick from. There are trucks there for everyone's price range. Skip showed us a lot of things about a lot of trucks. They have something for you if your buying trucks you know what to look for. We highly recommend Baskin for good used trucks.
