what a joke the truck i bought from them 18 payment and steal in the shop i bet all to together we maybe run this truck maybe 100 miles everyone please beware making payment of $800.00 a month on a peace of JUNK been like this ever since i bought this is so sorry for a business to do any one like this

What a joke I trusted these people because i have bought from them before it was a good T800 Kw best truck i have ever own BUT the truck i bought now is a Lemon this truck has give me trouble from day one to with the computer went out so i found one for 1000 bucks then had to have the computer program so that was another 400 bucks then almost 1000 bucks for a mechanic to work on it and then the pip behind the motor that go's the to turbos was leaking air around the seals Lossing power and the man that worked on t... read more

I wish I had read the reviews, it would have saved me time and a lot of money. I purchased an Cummins 6.7 Engine for my box truck that costed me $11,728 on 07/12/22 to be shipped the next day 7/13/22, that did not happen. I was told on July 25, 2022 that the engined had shipped and they would send me pictures that did not happen. Purchased a 2005 ********* dump truck from don baskins truck sales in March 2022. The truck was falsely advertised as it being in good condition. I had to get the truck rewired because none of the lights worked. Was told the truck was doubled framed, that was a lie. The frame on the truck is severely corroded with holes in the frame. Ac and defrost don't work, had oil in the coolant, leaking hub seal, cracks and holes on all brake shoes and liners. Had several air leaks and water in rear end. I wish I would have read the reviews before driving 8 hours each way and $350 worth of travel expenses to find out I was dealing with a junkyard that happens to also sell junk vehicles. Literally a junkyard! Staff was worthless and rude if you can get anyone to answer the phone or call you back at all. I was going to buy four trucks but in retrospect it was a blessing not spending a dime there. Look elsewhere. This is a fraudulent company. I don't know how they are still in business. Live and learn.

Had been approved and was in the process of filling the paper work to buy a truck when the finance company called them to make sure they still had the truck only to be told they had sold it over the weekend to a customer who had cash money this was after they where told to hold the truck by the financial company because we was doing the paperwork on the truck if it would let me I would give no star it ticks me off to no end knowing they done that to us I will not recommend them to anybody

#1 Everyone that goes to Baskin Truck Sales need to remember 1 thing. Your buying a used truck. It's going to have things wrong with it. #2 Don't ever take someone else opinion. Look at the product yourself. #3 This is how my personal purchase went with this company. I seen the truck on their website. I made a call and talked to Jerry. He is a professional salesman in my opinion. He told me everything that he knew about the truck. completely disappointed with Don and his company. False advertising and lies to direct questions about vehicle safety and condition. After arranging an appointment to purchase a tractor and trailer, traveling from California, arrived to find vehicle unprepared for travel. Dead batteries, filthy, tires aged out missing tread, brakes too thin to pass inspection stations, oil leaks with puddles under tractor. All this was discovered in the 1st 2 minute walk around.
