I had 2 shoulder surgeries with Lowry through workman's comp. Simple labrum tear turned into a 3rd surgery with a specialist in Pittsburgh including detaching my biceps, cleaning bone spurs and repairing the labrum for a 3rd time. Lowry messed me up! I wouldn't let him work on a sick dog!!! The only reason he is getting 1 star is because I can't give him zero!!!
I shattered my right ankle and Dr. Lowry put my ankle back together with screws and a plate. I have nothing but the upmost respect for him. Thank you Dr. Lowry.
