On Top Of That I Love How They Called Me To Check On Me To See How I Was Progressing Throughout The Day ! �� I Really Recommend This Orthodontist Specialist!
Dr. Backus and her staff are outstanding! They are all so friendly, helpful, and definitely understanding (especially when I lost my retainer in Hawaii at age 13). I never had to wait over 5 minutes to be seen, always right on time. I spent many years in this office and I would highly recommend to anyone of all ages!
By far the best!!! The best experience ive ever had.. everytime they continue to impress me. Vert courteous, knowledgeable and understanding. Professional staff and very nice office.. i would recommend them again and again.. i love them.. one experience in particular was that they had to reschedule an appointment and they called numerous times but i didnt get it until the day before and they were very apologetic about having to... needless to say about 4 days later i received a gift card for my daughter a lunch!!!
