I’ve bought and sold 3 homes in the Bethesda area and there is no other realtor I would recommend more highly. She is very knowledgeable about the local market, and provides great advice on overall strategy, pricing, timing, etc. Dominique pays attention to the details, doesn’t drop balls, and is exceptionally responsive as well as patient. Dominique had the patience, wisdom, Jedi mind tricks, and skills of a zen master (yeah, mixed metaphors) as she navigated a tricky closing with a lot of moving parts. Always calm, yet firm, with all involved parties, we stayed on track and on target and everything worked out even better than we had hoped.
