HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! – Promised excellent service at competetive rates I made the mistake of hiring this company. Our uniforms were often delivered without name patches, sometimes the wrong size, sometimes not enough. They even once delivered one of our mats with the logo of a DIFFERENT BUSINESS on it. They tried to raise my rates every 2-3 months, or they would indicate delivery of more product than they actually delivered. Save yourself the headache, avoid Domestic Uniforms – The worst company I have ever had to work with. On top of consistently receiving unsatisfactory products and work, there customer service is awful. After month of trying to get billing and service issues corrected to no avail, we final cancelled service. Now Domestic is fighting us for payment on the remainder of a contract in which they never even met the terms.
