Don't use Domestic – We are stuck in a contract that was signed more than 10 years ago because they don't inform you your contract will be renewed. Customer service is not good, we get comments from customers about how bad our uniforms look. We ask for new uniforms and are ready to pay for them but nothing is ever done about it. Twice this month we've received shop towels but no uniforms. Getting out of this contract has been a nightmare. Can;t wait for it to be over.
Real Shady Business – I regret the day that I contacted them for their service. This company has been nothing but a problem. They've been charging us for extra sets of uniforms, delivering wrong uniform sizes and amount.......and so on. When you try to terminate their contract, they make you pay up 20k compensation for all the uniforms! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Shame on you Domestic Uniform! – This is the worst company I have ever done business with. We were told we could cancel the service if we were dissatisfied simply by giving 30 days notice. After Domestic Uniform hiked up the "environmental fees" 250% and the uniforms were coming back consistently dirty, we canceled service. Domestic Uniform's lawyers are now suing us for thousands of dollars. Bad, bad, bad business practices.
Dangerous Company to get involved with – Do not trust this company! We contacted Domestic Uniform to rent khakis and oxfords for our small business. Karen, the sales rep for Domestic Uniform told our office manager that she needed to sign a "fee lock-in agreement." Our receptionist told her several times that she was not authorized to sign a contract but Karen assured her this was not a contract. Terrible Terrible! – We have had a similar experience as all the other negative reviewers for Domestic Uniform. They have charged us incorrectly time and time again. Also they snuck in a clause in our contract to automatically renew for 5 years if we didn't cancel 6 months before the expiration! They continuously deliver the wrong amount and try to charge us when we ask them to deliver more. This is the shadiest, most unreliable company. Save yourself the trouble and do not work with them.
Crooks - Plain and Simple – Deal with this company with extreme caution. If you don't believe me, read reviews from various other locations across the country. Different cities, same subpar service and tricky contracts followed by legal action. First of all, watch out for long contracts and auto-renewals. They make it next to impossible to cancel service. Bad Rep! – Horrible experience with this company. I had my bill paid by EFT, and my account got hacked. I called them to give them the new credit card number. First, I was told that only one person in the entire company can take credit cards, and he was on vacation. When I asked if I could have a note put in my file that I was trying to pay..I was told NO. domestic uniform is not bad! – I read some reviews about this company. I truly disagree with the people in this review. Not everything you read these days are true. Theres alot of companies that claim to be better and all fall short. Domestic does try to work with companies and there budgets! and the service is good!
