I have used a few companies before. The sales rep in the San Fernando valley is a honest sales person. He's been with the company for along time. I have had some problems with a few things but they are not as bad as my older company prudential. They take care of my restaurant and saved me money. I trust them and would recommend them to any one especially in the San Fernando valley.

This company is BAD... missed deliveries, short towels, dirty oily towels delivered, poor customer service.. Every thing bad in these reviews is true our our experience.. now they are demanding $16k in contract breech when they ignored our pleas to provide the service they promised... Save your self aggravation and do not deal with DOMESTIC UNIFORM!!! I have had similar problems with several other companies over the past 20 years. Since going to Domestic, I finally have a consistant route guy, and I see a manager every 2-3 months to help clear up inventory and issues with garments from quit men. I am finally at least satisfied for the first time with a uniform company.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Domestic. Everyone from the driver to the person who answers the phone has been nothing but responsive.

WORST UNIFORM RENTAL COMPANY EVER – try using another company, seriously! this company is so scandalous. Im going over the contract right now and its ridiculous. 60-month auto-renew and they only give you a 6 month window to terminate the auto-renew. bottom line is that if you want a uniform rental company to give you a weekly headache then Domestic is that company. The Worst company EVER – Another ZERO star rating! Got suckered into signing a contract then had the worst service, merchandise, invoice padding experience I've ever dealt with in thirty years of operating a business!. Tried to get out of the contract and they sued us!! We spent thousands on attorney fee's and were forced to complete the contract with these crooks! SAVE YOURSELF-DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Business is based on Suing – No wonder the two ladies who signed me up left the company two weeks after. I wish they would have told me that this company is not good. The only reason this company still in business is because they have you sign contract and turn around sue you. They don't even acknowledge your 6 months notice. I have been in contact with the head quarters office and it seem the whole company is bad. Its not just the LA office. They have bad service, deliver dirty items. Fair and Honest – I was told by my route man about some of the bad posts that his company had received. I wanted to relay my experience. I have now done business with Domestic for over 5 years. They have always delivered what they promised: fair prices, good merchandise, and timely deliveries. Last month, I even got a call from their corporate offices just to check whether I was satisfied.
