I was amazed by the way it looks after 2 months I found out that living downstairs worse than living in the street you can here everything moving,TV, yelling even sex. 1- gate breaks every week. 2- neighbor came inside my apartment swearing at my wife. 3- called the office and corporate and they said we are not responsible for tents safety. Please share my post and let everyone know.
I waited until my entire experience with Domain was over before writing this review to ensure I could provide the most accurate feedback for anyone reading. I have nothing but nice things to say about Domain. April is awesome! She helped me in so many ways and made me feel like a unique resident and not just another tenant. Sadly, we just had a package stolen from our doorstep this last Thursday. A FedEx delivery confirmation reported the package delivered Thursday afternoon around 3:00pm, yet it wasn't there when we got home. What good are the LuxerOne mail boxes if delivery services aren't required to use them? Hard to pass blame onto Domain, but it certainly is discouraging to think someone would snag a package from a neighbor's doorstep. The apartments, amenities and location are incredible but the management company and security is an absolute joke. They changed security companies more than 3 times in 2 months and that didn't do anything to prevent theft or break ins. The guards have even asked me and some friends I had over for money. The office doesn't communicate shit with each other. They don't know who's in what apartment or what apartment needs what or gas on deck. and they don't inform you about little clauses in your lease and when they do its "too ... read more
