We were excited to move into town but living at this place was such a terrible experience. If you have kids, I'd recommend to look elsewhere. This place is NOT kids or family friendly. We have been harrassed and bullied with no action taken by the office management. We even escalated to the regional manager and received ZERO support. Bruce, the maintenance guy, is the only nice person there who actually cares. Moving out was the best decision.
RecommendedNot sure what it's like now but I lived here two years ago and loved it. My apartment overlooked the main pool and the place was so well built I never heard folks at the pool even on a crowded day. Also made for extremely low utility bills. These apartments were very well thought out and built for the long run. Nice area too. Nothing but good things to say about my experience here.
I do not recommend these apartments; the property management has a lack of service. I was located on the building 19 and I always struggle to find a spot to park my car.
Worst Apartments in the City of Henderson Nevada. Management lacks customer service skills, along with very unprofessional. I have been living in these apartments for 6 months, have made several calls for them to come out and fix over 10 things that were wrong, to no avail they have still not been fixed... $1,349 a month and to not have my things in order the way they should is unexceptable
