restaurant staff was rude, room smelled awful glass balcony door was filthy. couldn't get cup of coffee from restaurant. coffee pot in room was dirty.

Bed bugs in the room we stayed in. Did offer us another room accommodations but to fearful others would be the same. We booked 2 rooms and only given refund on one. Beware!

RecommendedRoom was nice, clean, great gulf view balcony. Nancy at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The food at the restaurant was good. Excellent beach frontage. We loved it!
