The location is great! It’s right on the beach with a great view from the pool! The food is great at the restaurants and very reasonably priced. My reason for a 3 is the staff is not very friendly and we always seemed to have a problem with our room keys. We had many family members staying in several different rooms and all experienced issues where key cards kept deactivating daily.
The location was wonderful, rooms were clean and the food was great but the customer service couldn't get much worse. The staff was so rude to our entire party it really put a damper on our trip. Would be the perfect place to stay if the staff were friendlier.
The location was great and the room was clean. The beach and sun was great. The staff was very rude inpolite both at the front desk and the girl at the outside bar. Discussed this problem with manager Randy and he approved a 10% discount. I’m sure we will find another place to stay!!!!
Best fish tacos at the beach. Great cocktails too!!!
Great resort on the very best part of St. Pete Beach. Rooms have had recent upgrades, staff is terrific. It is always fun to sit out at the pool/beach bar watching the sun go down. Ken and Marcel are great bar tenders.
Room very comfortable and spacious but found it a bit odd that, despite providing a microwave and fridge, there was no crockery or cutlery !! Not even a bottle opener or corkscrew. Reception staff suggested we go to the Dollar Store for this. it is obviously meant to encourage people to use their restaurant and bar so why bother with providing the microwave and fridge!!!! Coming from England we weren't expecting to bring our own knives and forks!
