we booked reservations 6 months in advance and wanted 2 rooms next to each other first floor. lady at the desk had an attitude and said it wasnt guaranteed when we got here and ended up with 2 rooms one on 2nd and one on 3rd. rooms need to be painted and bathroom door doesnt even lock. rust stains on the walls as well...
