No problems as usual, always use dollar. The car I had this time had some scratches, dings, etc. on it before my rental. Wish I had a better idea of what I should report. Also didn't think the gas tank was all the way full.

My experience overall was good. Jose, the guy giving the keys out was very pleasant and willing to go the extra mile. I would say that Dollars process of checking in and then having to go somewhere else to get keys is very inefficient. Otherwise, I was happy with my car. Well done, Jose!
