Great experience all around!
Picked car up around midnight. The gentleman who waited on me was awesome. He got me a vehicle quickly without any issues. Upon checking in the car the lady helped me because I thought I had a Toll pass but didn't. She arranged for me to pay the toll at check in and then another employee drove us back to the terminal for curbside check in. Dealt with three employees and all were awesome.

Everything went very smoothly with the pickup and return of the car. It was a new Chev sonic. There was no instructions on how to use some of the controls. I was disappointed in driving the car. I found the seat uncomfortable. For my next rental I would rent this car.model. But everything from Dollar was very good.

It was great.
The price was right but the wait time to check in and get the vehicle was ridiculous. It was a Saturday afternoon and there were only three people working the terminals and approximately twenty people in line, most of them tourists with lots of questions and needs. I'm not sure it was worth the savings of a few dollars when the other rental companies were able to expedite things so much more efficiently. Too much chit chat and up selling by the rental agents.
