It was easy, fast and the car was clean.
The employee that helped me went out of his way to find the car that I would be satisfied with. I was very pleased with the car provided for me. Thank you to that employee. You made my trip very stress free!
My experience was good. The guy at the counter was a fast talking salesman. He tried to convince me that I needed a Sun Pass for an addition $54.00. I told him that I've been to Tampa several time and I would not be using the tollway system. I felt like he thought I was stupid or something. I'm sure you get people who aren't familiar with the tolls and when they return the cars are shocked to learn they owe money for tolls. Over all, I was satisfied.
Car was great very clean. Pick up and drop off quick and efficient. Conveniently located at the airport.
Everything was done in a timely fashion.
I recomend Dollar Rent because they care my 4 days in Tampa and for easy access to get the car and fast action when I returned .
