First desk service was polite and helpful. Chevy Malibu car had a few dings and scratches. When making sharp left could feel scraping. When brought car back they tried to charge me $259 extra. Went to drop off desk and they took off extra charge.
The 1st car we were given had a bad transmission. We returned it within an hour & with less than ten miles added. Everyone was ok but no one said sorry for the inconvenience.

Took the pot luck deal when reserving and was offered a Hyundai Accent- they changed it to a Ford Focus and finally wound up with a Mitsubishi. It was a small car but it ran well and that's the option I choose so no complaints. I did let them talk me into purchasing a pre-paid toll option to avoid fines due to automated tolls in Florida at 10 per day but I only went through two toll and could have manually paid both, don't feel very good about that. Great customer service. Very each to pick up my rental car and return it. Prices were great, staff was friendly, great overall experience. I would highly recommend Dollar if you are looking to rent a car in Tampa. And did I mention I got off my flight went to baggage claim and crossed the street to get my rental. The ease of it all made my rental car experience very pleasurable. Thanks Dollar!!
