For the past 5 plus years I have rented from dollar at Tampa International and have always been pleased. Helpful when I left things in the car insuring items were returned and ALWAYS have the vehicle I reserved or an upgrade. They are professional and courteous to everyone. Needless to say I will do business with Dollar in the future.

I received the vehicle that I had reserved. There were no excuses about the car not being ready or trying to get me to upgrade. The only problem I had was when I tried to tell the girl at the kiosk about some minor damage that I wanted noted on my rental sheet. Shenjust blew me off saying "we only worry about major damage". That was upsetting. How do I know what damagevyou charge for?
