The car, the rate the drop off we're all acceptable. The over aggressive up-sell by the rental clerk was not pleasant, 11:30 pm, in what should have been a 10 minute transaction became stories of financial ruin and major inconvenience, when I declined the up charges, it was "out the door, row 6". I rent fairly often for work and this was a new expirence, which came off as not benefiting either Dollar or the customer.

Fist time that far out of state and everyone was so nice and friendly and very helpful!! Helped us in so many ways and wasn't a long wait either! The return of the car was quick easy and painless!! I would deff go to them again!!
I think Dollar should have informed customers that they no longer take debit cards and the counter person ran a credi check without my consent. When I returned the car the young lady said she shouldn't have ran my credit since I was an express member.
While I can't give them a 5 star rating, I can say that they provide a good value for the dollar.
