Why go anywhere else? I fly into DTW nearly every week. The team remembers me by name and takes extra good care of me and my staff. One counter customer care person came outside in -6 degree weather to make sure all was well and wish me well on my vacation! My daughter and I were blown away! Keep up the outstanding work but most of all the customer service!

As always at this location all the people who work there are always so nice! From the drivers to the counter people and then the checkin person. I always appreciate the friendliness because not all dollar locations are like this!
I went to Enterprise as I always did and their price for the time period was outrageous!! Then I tried Hertz only to find they weren't much different. Next to these was a advertisement for dollar rent a car and Wow although I never heard of them, the price was 1/2 of the other two!! When I went there it was the easiest transaction ever. I gave the lady my name, ID and CC. She told me to go pick out the car I want, the keys are in it!! That simple and I was in my way!! Awesome experience!!

I rented for 3 weeks during the holidays. It was a smooth process. Nice clean cars! I upgraded from mid-size to full after 2 weeks with no problem. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. I will be renting from Dollar again and also recommend them to my family and friends.
It was very quick to get in and get my car and out of the lot. The attendant directed me to my car and offered help. I'm Dollar Express member and I really enjoyed it. Thanks for your help and support this past year and I look forward to 2016.
