The back seat of the Cruze wasn't that clean. The carpet had mud and the seat was dirty. The vehicle wasn't vacuumed thoroughly.
No problems picking and dropping off vehicle.
Very smooth experience. No surprises. Staff (especially bus driver) helpful and fridndly
Great service. Great car. I will rent from dollar again. One item is to make sure you check your car before leaving the lot. I didn't notice a side mirror cover that was gone. Hopefully I'm not charged.
Customer service is great!! Really disappointed in the "SUV" we had for the price. We chose the SUV in case of bad weather.....we had bad weather and it didn't handle well. Other than that we are happy;)

Car was ready. Car was clean. Friendly staff. Bus was waiting. No problems, no issues, and nice workers.
Easy , quick, convenient
We have always had a great experience- (almost) each representative has been great! The only issue we had with one rep at check in had a bullying personality- "you need the extra coverage, you don't know how to drive in snow" or being completely condescending when we were asking questions - I want to say her name is Nicole - but not sure -very tall/big woman-she was rude .very rude. But everyone else has been great and the cars are always clean and safe and return is fast.
