My greatest experience happened when Keith popped the trunk on the rental car to make sure I didn't leave anything. In 2014 I list valuable items when I left a travel bag in the trunk. Dollar called the doctor I worked for at that time to pick up a prescription pad, wouldn't release my bag to the person who picked up the pad and did not call me. I lost some very valuable items. Kudos to Keith!!!!
No one was at the return gate I waited for 15 and went inside to ask someone to come close me out. This is usually not my concern.

It was a good experience except they charged me $5 more than they should have with no explanation. I still need to call and ask and get my money back. The rest was good. I'm not happy about being overcharged.
Good, would like cars without service lights on though.
The shuttle bus was right there at the airport and the bus driver welcomed me warmly and took my carry -on into the bus. We had a nice conversation on the way, and since I'm a member, my papers were ready right away. So I could just walk out to pick my car. Dropping the car off was as easy as picking up.
