The team here are amazing and service is always quick and easy.
Rosina and her team were especially helpful. They remembered me from last year (I rent yearly for an event) and anticipated my needs and had a truck ready for my yearly call. Made me feel welcome and appreciated. Pick up was completed in less than 10 minutes and I was on my way. Great job.

Terrible Experience. I rented a Ford Transit for 2 days and had a perfect, incident-free drive. A few days after returning the vehicle, Bristol notified me of a scratch and dent on the rear fender. Bristol then sent me a damage estimate of $1124.57, including $890.21 for Labour costs! In all, a two-day rental of a cargo van ended up costing me $1435. Do yourself a favour and go someplace else.
