Was simply trying to obtain information on how our cleaning company can be considered for cleaning at one of the locations, and was told we will never need services we are happy with what we have in the most disgusting way . Who ever they were needs re training .

They will lie to you about your account. I have a premium checkings account that should not have a overdraft fee. But I get charged

If you call the lost or stolen card 800 number you get a recorded SALES call for a medical alert device. You can't get move on from the sales pitch. The only option at the beginning of the call is to choose under age 50 or over age 50, either way you get a sales pitch and there's no way around it. When you've had an emergency, or if your card is lost or stolen, the last thing anyone needs in a sales pitch.
