What Happened? – I have not been to this spa for several years, but I was recently given a gift certificate for something called the Indulgence Package by my employees for my birthday. I cannot say I remember every detail of my first visit but it was OBVIOUS that changes had been made. Dolce Vita has been under new ownership for over three months now. The first decision we made as new owners was to remove the automatic gratuity from every service after just two weeks of business. Tuscan Getaway! – I absolutely loved this spa! From the moment I walked in, each step up the stairway, I felt as though I was being transformed to a tuscan villa. The smells and decor, helped me to instantly relax, and forget what I left outside. The staff, immediately greeted me and asked if I needed a beverage. Great Spa Experience! – I Had an appointment today and was more than satisfied with the service I was given. When I called to make an appointment the recepionist was very easy to talk to and answered every question I had. Later in the day she called to confirm the appointment and asked if I had any further questions. Upon arriving I was greeted with a smile and offered a drink while I waited. Great service – My boyfriend and I came to get a couple's massage this past saturday. I scheduled the appointment moreso for my boyfriend as he needed some "work" done on his back due to muscles spasms. Originally, I wanted him to be booked with a female therapist, but someone that couldn't be done, at least that day. My boyfriend had a male therapist and I had a female therapist. AWSOM COUPLE'S MASSAGE & BODY TREATMENTS – Dolce Vita's couple's massage is the best one my husband and I have had-we make a point of scheduling our appointments in advance.
