Great place for us Been here since 1st built ..no problems ..in 2years..the staff cindy sam rochelle n kelli friendly n respectful ..maintence guys r great..i would recommend this place...all apts have situtions ..n if you let them know nicely they will take care of it as soon as they can..great place to live..close to everything..

:( so bad apartment This apartment is expensive for nothing, there is no security and no good services and we are being harassed by neighbors all the time. Now they are doing construction work abroad. I can not keep my car clean and bother all the time.

This place Sucks!!! I live here and it has been one nightmare after another. We have had several break ins since I moved in April of this year. It took for ever for the pool to get opened. Most of the residence here are very upset because we all talk by email.. We seeking legal action against this complex. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! This place is over priced and the management and ownership do not care about us or our safety. We have been complaining for months about no secure locking doors. interested resident I spoke with someone on the phone about these apartments and they were extremely rude. They were clearly not happy they had to answer the phone and made me feel stupid for asking a question. I'm disappointed in this ladies attitude. Considering the price range for these apartments, I think the customer service needs some work.

This place is absolutely the WORST place I have ever lived! Signing a lease here has been the biggest mistake of my life! I moved in in mid April, about 60 days ago. I've already had more problems than I ever had in my home of 15 years! The buildings look amazing from the outside and the location is amazing.....but BEWARE! The staff are super helpful! They have gone above and beyond. The neighbor's I have met all have been friendly and welcoming. I was very nervous coming from a house to an apartment. However, I have been pleasantly surprised. I love my new home.
I recently leased here. Nice wonderful and professional, down to earth staff. I can't wait to move in! The residents there are amazing. I have spoken to some and they are loving the experience! The location is perfect with many things around to do and shopping centers!
