way too expensive for anything let alone North Richland Hills

Does anyone know anything about landlord-tenant law in Texas? Does a tenant have any rights? For almost a year, I have lived here, paying too much rent. Since the first night, the Air Conditioners (there are 9) on the roof immediately above my apartment, are making so much noise I can't sleep at night. I’ve lived here since may 2018. Building 6...get the SIDE ENTRY DOORS FIXED! I have been locked out several times at odd hours walking my dog and in my pjs no less!! This is omg unbelievable and just RIDICULOUS!! Pam Bailey.
I am a new resident, the gym in this complex is awful !!!! despite I pay 1400 $, but It worths around 600$!!!!! Its not even comparable to my previous apartment gym. low variety of equipments, low-quality, and pretty small environment. This is the down fall of this apartment so far to me,but I have no idea about pool, and how they are going to handle that. Be careful when you are going to choose this place as your future residence!!... This review is base on an obvious picture...
If you are trying to find a perfect home for you and and your family...not just a place to live, but real home, Dolce living home town is the place for you! It is clean, quiet, with nice and friendly neigbours. Perfect for your kids and pets, as well! Everyone takes care about this place..from great people who work here, to residents, and you can see and feel that. If the weather is bad, we have great Club house, which even kids enjoy! The best thing is probably that - I fell like part of a beautiful caring family!
