Grounds are always dirty, Weed smoke everywhere I would not move here if I knew the management didn't care. We have lived here two years and we cannot wait to move out in September. Smoking is not allowed yet our entire hallway reeks of weed daily. Our next door neighbors constantly smoke weed and it seeps into the vents into our bedroom. Nobody cleans up the grounds, plants and shrubs are dead, the hallways and building common areas are cleaned maybe once a month. Not worth the money. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! We have lived here 5 years, this is the 4th mgmt company and new owners! The management is the worst yet!! As a matter of fact the mgr could not take the unhappy residents complaints about all the issues that have happened since they came on last fall, and she walked off the job last week, the leasing mgr just quit and we are praying new manager can get things back in shape! Does anyone know anything about landlord-tenant law in Texas? Does a tenant have any rights? For almost a year, I have lived here, paying too much rent. Since the first night, the Air Conditioners (there are 9) on the roof immediately above my apartment, are making so much noise I can't sleep at night. I’ve lived here since may 2018. Building 6...get the SIDE ENTRY DOORS FIXED! I have been locked out several times at odd hours walking my dog and in my pjs no less!! This is omg unbelievable and just RIDICULOUS!! Pam Bailey.
