Unfortunately I lost a small accent stone from my diamond wedding ring and all I could see was a BIG BLACK HOLE. I took it in to Doland, where I purchased it, and to my surprise, they replaced it for free!!!! I couldn't believe it!! Today I treated myself to a birthday gift...a birthstone necklace and the staff assistance was top notch...absolutely NO pressure but extremely helpful when I was ready! I love my wedding set, my new neclace, and this business! !!
They did an amazing job customizing my engagement ring. It is truly one of a kind and the staff is top notch. Highly recommended for that special one of a kind ring.
Tried calling, left message no call back, email doesn't work and contact us on website doesn't either. Had them replace a screw in my watch but put the wrong color in and still charged me. I would think a jewelry place would be caring about he details.
My fiancé got my dream ring from Doland and we will definitely going there from now on for our jewelry! I was in love with a band that was made for a round diamond and their amazing jeweler was able to set a princess cut in it instead making it one of a kind for us. And that doesn't even begin to cover how nice the employees are :) we had a great experience with Teresa!
Won't go any place else for jewery! Outstanding service, wide variety of quaity products.
