Doland's is the top of the line Jeweler....The minute you walk in the door someone is there to help, they are all very friendly. I love Chris's designs. She has a lot of creativity. Chris has made several pieces for me. My favorite piece is my wedding band I love the quality and the design. Chris and Luann are always there to help me figure out direction to go with a design.. Everyone at Doland's is very helpful. My go to Jeweler.. Thank you!!!
We got my engagement ring here and I was very happy with the service. It turns out I picked the wrong size, so I brought it back in and they told me on Tuesday I will be able to get it resized (this is because the person who does that wasn't there). I loved how the woman who helped us was ok going through all of the rings so I could find my perfect ring. My platinum and diamond engagement ring was purchased from another jeweler. I could feel roughness in a prong after I had the ring for a year and a half and worried a prong had been knocked lose. My husband took it to Doland to have it looked at and they said everything was fine. Fast forward a few months, a diamond fell out of the "not loose" prongs. The ring is babied - taken off every night, for workouts, etc. I'm super disappointed right now and will not return to Doland to have the ring fixed or for any future services ... read more
Doland's is my go to place whenever I need something repaired, or need a new piece of jewelry. The staff is always so welcoming and knowledgeable.
