I love shopping local, and I am so glad my now husband did when he chose my engagement ring! We also purchased our wedding bands from Doland during their holiday sale, and would highly recommend doing so! Their holiday pricing is unbeatable. The customer service is amazing as well, I enjoyed working with many of the different associates at the Dubuque location. Getting to borrow jewelry for my wedding was also a great bonus with purchasing the engagement ring there.
I went in for a watch battery. They were very friendly and very quick. Before they would replace the battery, they made sure I knew how much it would cost!
Every visit since the first time I walked in the door the staff has continued to impress me with the quality of customer service. I’ve recommended them to every friend looking for a sparkling present for a loved one.
I have had a wonderful experience with Dolands, they have an amazing warranty program and have always gone above and beyond for all my jewelry They even completely redid my engagement ring/band and still managed to keep the original stone because of the sentimental value it had.
