Just bought one of the only 2020 Kia Telluride‘s in the area! Got a text and call from the Dealership my name was up on the waiting list, so I headed down immediately. The sales, finance, and management staff made everything comfortable and easy for me as well as my kids!
Went for a simple oil change, got charged $101. $62 for labor - oil change took ~ 2 and a half hours - 3 hours even when I arrived 25 minutes early to my appointment. Last three times I went, the oil change cost ~ $40-$50. I actually debated going this time because of how ridiculously long it takes to get my oil changed WITH an appointment time. Was even more disappointed when the price doubled. I love my Kia Forte, but I will not be coming back here for services again.
My salesman Ben D. was very patient and kind. We could tell he had an authentic passion for the Mazda brand and he spoke intuitively to the features that mattered to us. Bailey “Bailey, Bailey, Bailey” was an efficient and energetic finance guy. I enjoyed his welcoming style and appreciated the way he walked me through the process.
