Called on Saturday to make an Appointment to get my tire changed as it had a flat and confirm they had our tire in stock. Got to my appointment today and waited over two hours to be told they don't have my tire and won't offer us a loaner car. I took today off work and live 40 miles away. There service department is the WORST. DO NOT GO HERE!
Ralph was the associate that helped me. He did an excellent job in diagnosing and correcting the steering wheel problem, and his future recommendations. Excellent!
Fine dealership. Just bought my 3rd Kia, second one this year in fact. Kia as a brand has come a long way since they first came to the US and it’s showing with both of the ‘18 models we got this year.
Bought our used Kia here. Everyone was helpful and told us they could service the car for less than other places. That was a few years ago. I still like the dealership, what they do for the community, and their friendly faces. But $$$ talks and bu__sh__ walks as my dad says. Too expensive now�
I took my car in today and when I got there I was not impressed. I was very upset and asked to have a manger call me. I have to say mark was nice and apologized and covered the cost it took to fix the issue with my car. It was still under warranty when I was having the issue but was told they would fix it since they had it documented and the warranty had expired. I am very pleased with the out come. Bought a new car here a couple of years ago. It was dark, so we couldn't inspect the outside too well with the low lighting. The manager asked me to check it the next day, in the light. There were scratches on both sides. I called the manager and told him, he told me to bring it in to paint over the scratches. I brought it in and all they did was buff it, which didn't get rid of them. They told me to come in on the following Wednesday when their paint people would be there.
