Got there at 10:30 for an appointment, at nearly 11 I had to search to find someone as we stood at the front counter without being acknowledged. Salesman was finally sent to us and he asked what we were looking for, he gave me the option of 3 cars, first one I drove was super rough, apparently he forgot to tell me there was different modes of drive, it was a trade in and cash, took nearly 7 hours until I finally, after 6 1/2 hours, I said either they take care of us or I leave as I had children to pick up in Dayton. RecommendedEveryone was very friendly and fast when I arrived for my service. And they gave me a ride so I didn’t have to wait there. When I was down I came back I To the lot I wasn’t attacked by sales people that was really nice. Most lots your hit from all directions. Ian was great and the coupon you sent was awesome we could really use that discount at this time, it saved us $100 thank you very much.

We first had to deal with the service department - Kent was very helpful and responsive. From there we ended up trading in my old car and had to deal with the sales staff - Cody, Aaron, and Nick - all very courteous, knowledgeable and quick to get us on our way. I would recommend this dealership- no pressure and I think this was the fastest ever in my car buying experience. Note, we came in with our own financing. Thanks Dolan Kia! Well done.

Terrible service, they do NOT honor appointment times! Funny, my headlights worked on the way to the dealership, but quit working while they fixed the recall (nothing to do with lights)! Now I need to take it in to a REAL mechanic
