RecommendedFun place lots for the kids to do!!
It’s great for kids, but they do rush the host. You have no time to set up and are rushed, the helpers are very slow. Make sure they don’t charge you for the socks since they are included in your package, although you will probably see it on your bill.
the place is great i been 2 there times and its always been a fun experience good job to the staff for keeping it in control even though its a lot work having 100 kids at the same time
Just celebrated my nieces birthday here. it was alot of fun but there were some issues. the kids only got to bounce for 45 minutes instead of the full hour. We ordered 2 pizzas but one of them was burnt. Unfortunately I was so busy hosting the party I didnt get a chance to mention it. And the bathrooms were disgusting! A few toilets were clogged, some had no toilet paper, so gross. Also I didnt like how I had to go up to the front to pay my tab at the end. We went on Dec 28. We went early and it was nice. By 11:15, it was a mob scene. I’m not sure what the capacity is, but I’m sure it was exceeded or close to it making it dangerous for children. There were only a few people working the entire trampoline floor. We left with a fractured leg when a teenager jumped onto my six year old. At least they offered us ice.

i went to cali a few weeks ago and i got to enjoy this place for the most part. first few days where lit. there was this girl with curly hair and flower ears and she was super funny and easy to talk to. she made sure everyone in her area was having fun all while still keeping some wild kids under control. props for that honestly. the only sad thing is i didnt see her again and every other employee it just i dont know...just there i hope she still works there or that i see her if i ever go back -i think her name was Deyleene ... read more
