Yes, but the cleanliness of it wasn’t very good. Also, thank was inquiring about the lockers and the employee stated to me good luck most of them are broken. Well, there was 4 in my family @ $115.00 dollars for an hour and a half I would expect working lockers.
Came for kid jump today at 9:30 only to find out that it is open jump. On your website and Facebook it says kid jump. I ask and get told it is holiday hours. Nowhere is this posted and on top get told that owner is on vacation so can’t change hours on Facebook. Please get this handled in future. People drive long distances expecting what it says on website and Facebook to be true. Disappointed to say the least. If people come in with the correct TYPE of socks from another trampoline place, don’t let them jump for 30 minutes then come over and tell them they have to buy your socks all the sudden. Greedy jerks.
Tried to visit today but they are closed. They told me they posted to all social media but I see nothing. The manager was pretty rude. And a slurry of annoyed customers. It’s closed until 7.30 for a private party. Not even a ‘sorry have a free visit pass’. Terrible customer service.
My kids love this place!!
This place is awesome, I was under the impression that it was for grown ups only but kids are welcome too! Definitely coming back!
