My experience with Dogwood Properties has been nothing but frustrating. When I moved out, I was charged $215 just to replace a toilet seat, which is way beyond reasonable pricing. On top of that, they don’t answer calls, don’t respond to emails, and it’s nearly impossible to get in contact with anyone for clarification or questions.
