I have lived here since 2012 and have enjoyed it. They have always been pretty timely about repairs and maintenance requests. Any time I have dealt with the office they have always been kind and courteous to me. I have lived here 5 years so that must tell you something :-).

My daughters and I have lived here for the past year and a half. We enjoy Dogwood very much. It is quiet, family friendly and has a great staff. All issues are handled in a timely and professional manner. Staff is very friendly and professional, a pleasure to work with. I have recommended two close friends and they live in Dogwood as well now. If you are looking for a family friendly, quiet, clean community that is full of friendly neighbors you should definitely give Dogwood Creek a very close look.

Beautiful apartments with great staff always ready to help. Been here for nearly a year and a half without any issues. Quiet, kid friendly and my neighbors are terrific!

We love our home at Dogwood Creek! It is so pretty here! And our apartment is comfy and cozy! The location is perfect!

Cockroaches were constantly in the apartment. We mentioned them to the staff and were told to stay quiet about them. If you hang out with the office staff, you can break the rules but if you choose to not hang out in the parking lot and drink/smoke with the office staff at night then you pay unnecessary consequences. Don't try to complain to the manager because she will automatically think you are arguing. I do not recommend this place.
