Don't tell people that it's all new kitchen (clean and freshly renovated!) when some appliances are from 1997 and there's mold in the dishwasher day 1. Also, when the blinds are so brittle from the sun that you can tear them with barely any force, don't charge people for when they fall apart and claim they were new within 6 months etc.
We (humans & fur babies) feel safe and welcome in these apartments. Great location for getting around to the rest of the city
I have lived in Dogwood Creek for ~2 months now. I absolutely love it and couldn't ask for a better staff to work with. My main reason for moving here was for safety purposes and I 100% feel safe. All of my neighbors are very lovely and quiet. I would recommend moving into Dogwood Creek Apartments to anyone and everyone!!!
