Updated review- I had previously given a much higher rating. However upon my move out they charged me for damage that I did not do. Evidently the counter top was scratched and they said I did it. However there were many issues in my kitchen requiring maintenance and I continue to contend it was one of them that scratched it. I have made several requests to talk to the corporate office and was provided with a number for a cell phone and did not receive any response. Dogwood Creek Apartments are absolutely BEAUTIFUL! It is a quiet property with caring management. A great place to live.

Just moved in but from the start madison in the office has been very helpful and I love the layout and lake view. Looking forward to living here.

I love Dogwood Creek. I have lived here over 20 years and they are awesome it is truly home to me. I have made some wonderful neighbors and friends and I would recommend anyone looking for a “home” not just a place to live to come visit.
