I've tried all the day cares in the Westside & Culver City and Doggie Central is the best by far. Best customer service,friendliest staff and it's the only place my dog loves besides home!
John Henry Loves Doggie Central – I brought my dog John Henry to Doggie Central for Day Care and thought the place was wonderful. It is not fancy but very reasonably priced and the staff seemed to really care about the dogs. I had to go for an interview with my dog where they thouroughly assessed him before he couold even be with the other dogs. My Dogs Love Aunt Donna at Doggie Central – My two babies are so well taken car of by their Aunt Donna at Doggie Central. She always treats them like they are her own dogs. They can't wait to go and are always chomping at the bit in the car ride there. Thanks for putting my mind at ease after taking on a second job that my babies are in good hands.
We travel further for Doggie Central – We live in Lakewood and have a doggie day care much closer to us but when we travel we always leave our dog, Chicago, at Doggie Central because it is Way Better! Sometimes I even wake my husband up early so we can take Chicago to Doggie Central for day care, even though it is out of the way. The staff always let's us know a funny thing Chicago did that day and are very professional. They are awsome!
Unsanitary and frightening for dogs – This place is really disgusting. The floors are full of urine. Every single time that I picked up my dog from Doggie Central his paws were full of urine and stained yellow. I spoke to the manager a few times about this and he just looked at me without saying anything. Second, there are so many dogs in a small area that you can barely see the (urine soaked) floor. Best Grooming for Standard Poodles in Town! – We love the day care too. I am able to drop my baby off for grooming at 9-am and pick him up by noon or sooner. Having had several standards, I wish I would of found George sooner. My dog is always happy to go in the door. This tells a lot about a place! When I pick him up he is relaxed and beautiful! Caring place for your Dogs – I have been taking my dogs to Doggie Day Care for over 10 years. I have been pleased with the care that they have shown my dogs. There are high end doggie day care places with private rooms and televisions (please!! for dogs) and there are no so pleasant places to take your dogs. Some of the reviews on this site are false with there accusation and they have no proof of what they say. Not great – This place is yet another disappointment in my search for good care for my dog. It's supposed to have been renovated but is nothing special. The outdoor area is a joke. Can't see my dog spending time here. The owner is strange and rude.
Irresponsible staff, false advertisement and dangerous! – The staff there is always miserable and rude. The owner Faith Mantooth advertises 24 hour care but the dogs are left unsupervised all night long! How dangerous, what if there is a fight or worse...a fire!!! Injured dogs are often left in kennels all night long because it is cheaper and more convinient for the owner to take the dogs to the vet in the morning.
