I brought my dog to Doggie Central’s daycare for several months and was always a bit hesitant due to inconsistent reviews (as evidenced on Yelp). I viewed the doggie cam regularly and began noticing that our dog was rarely on camera or in the play area. Bottom line- staff and facilities are sketch. I paid for a full day of daycare, yet my dog only played for 45 min to an hour each day. Then was lied to when I inquired when he took his naps/time outs and to be provided with a nap schedule. I love Doggie Central! Jack is always greeted warmly by the staff, and they remember him every time. I love being able to watch him through the app, and ya can’t beat their $25 Saturday deal. Jack seems to really enjoy his time there, which makes me the happiest. Go DC!
The staff was ver nice and I believe my dog had a great time; however, when I picked him up he had a bad cough and was throwing up. Had to take him to the vet and found out he had Kennel Cough.
My English bulldog love it too bad i was misinform about the time. My Dog only swam for 10 minutes and i told them not to charge the whole $60 because I taught it was unfair and my wife didnt get to see my dog swim because she was signing paper work. My appointment was at 2 i called and said i was running late i come from long beach a 50 min ride and they said its fine when i got there my dog swam for 10 and they said time was up because I didn’t show up on time well i felt u guys should of told me that if i wasnt on time to... read more
