I am very happy with this place and service. I love how kind and friendly the staff is and always do a beautiful job on my yorkie who can be a pistol but he LOVES it when I say, " You get to go see Kimberley" when he used to run from me when I mentioned bath. Thank you all and God bless you all.

Horrible. My dog had an appointment on Tuesday. The groomer completely forgot. Then she scheduled it for Wednesday. I called her back within 2 minutes and told it was going to be too cold let’s schedule it for another day. She offered free wash and i told her no just take $15 off. I feel that was the right thing to do, instead of a free wash. Anyway, She moved it for Friday at 9 am. I Put it in my calendar for the appointment. Then i get there she is already in a bad mood. I had been taking my beloved kho!e to Kimberly for the past 5 years. I love the atmosphere, Friendliness, professional and excellent job she has done..She always goes out of her way to make sure that i am one satisfied customer before I leave..Since Khole has passed, I have a new puppy(Bailey) that has started to go there.. And of course, She did an awesome job once again.. I highly recommend Dog Gone Gorgeous to anyone.. You will not be disappointed..
