Awsome customer service!! I called on a Monday they were closed first groomer in midland to return my call even though I didn't leave a message. Got her in first thing Tuesday. .. She went in looking like an old dirty mop, came out gorgeous! ! Thank you!!
Very impressed ! Walk in on a Sat. Even though I was the 4th person in Diva my poodle was beautifully groomed, nails painted, bows in her hair and ready by 12:30. Great service, very nice and sweet personnel. Thank you for a job well done.
Went to a couple of other popular spots, never impressed, came here and I left absolutely ecstatic! I wish I would have came here first. The women are very nice and my fur baby left completely happy. This will definitely be my go to spot from now on.
