RecommendedIt's very hard to find a good and reliable groomer but Kimberley is very nice and patient with my Julie. She gives her the best schnauzer cuts and my baby girl looks AMAZING afterwards!
Absolutely the worst...allows her personal dogs to Jump up on...and scratch clients...i have pics of where her dog jumped up and scatched the crap out of my leg....the whole time on the phone not even attempting to check my dog in....this giving my other Lil guy the worst shih tzu puppy cut....so much for 2nd chances...she did get a tongue lashing...and for loosing my temper I apologize. ..which is way more than I got for my being scratched....not once did she even apologize. ....BEWARE....
I love Kimberly and the staff. I have a Malshi. He use to hate to be groomed. He would act up. Other groomers told me he was going to have to be sedated to be groomed. We just happened on Kimberly. And have been using her for over two years. She goes to great lengths to see that you get the groom you want. And Baxter loves her. She is so kind and patient with him. I would give her a 10+. Thanks Kimberly.
I have a heeler and a dorkie that went for summer cuts and they look the best they ever have.
After SEVERAL unsuccessful trips to the groomers we decided to try a new service this week for our 8 month old Lhasa. Kim was patient and able to give our fur baby his first big boy haircut and we couldn't be happier!!!
Been taking my fur baby here for 3 yrs and she’s always been spoiled and loved on! Kimberly does an amazing job!
