this place is awesome. Get to know the staff, they're awesome. Steaks are amazing, staff is real. Drinks are strong and local music rocks. If you're a local, make this a regular Paducah tradition.
My first time eating there and I was pleased when the food came out until I saw hair in my food and realized that the kitchen staff don't wear hair or beard nets....I was pretty bummed and grossed out. Also when we were walking out there was dirty silverware by the door entrance and menus on the floor....
The server we had needs to be trained in several areas. #1 The cracker basket NEVER should be put directly on top of the salad. I couldn't eat it because I didn't know where the cracker basket had been. #2 Appetizers should be not be served with the salads, especially when the cracker basket caught some of the lettuce and then the lettuce dropped into the bowl of chili. #3 Patrons who drink coffee should not have to catch the server to ask for more coffee. Don`t waste your money! we drove from Marion Illinois today, can get the same quality here or even better quality. Ordered 2 steaks had to send mine back because not done as ordered. music is loud and terrible (don`t know if you should call it music) 1st time and will be last time!
We went for lunch and had the steak sandwich. Wow! Absolutely delicious. 5-6 big pieces of steak on a hoagie style bun and only $8.45. We'd been for dinner and it amazing but now we have a new lunch favorite downtown. �
This is our 2nd time here both times on our anniversary. The food was excellent. The service was excellent. The only complaint was how they serve the butter and sour cream. You shouldn't have to open your little butters and try to open your sour cream. They should be brought out in little cups like the salad dressing. Well that's my only problem with my meal. Thanks
