Nice, good and handsome :) doctor. Prices are high but my husband pays the same at his dentist's office, so I guess it is normal. I never had to wait for a long time, and the work is usually done quite quick, and the doctor is very caring, and the assistants are as well. Frontdesk is really friendly. I have a ja problem and everybody is always very helpful about that and once the doctor even brought the surgeon from the nextdoor clinic to help me. I go to dr. Nov for one year - by now all the work he's done feels OK.
Dr.Nov came highly recommended by my boss and I second that opinion. I had a couple of my cavities filled and it was a breeze. I am now getting my wisdom teeth removed by the surgeon he suggested - Dr.Audia too.
The "positive Experience" starts when you walk into Dr. Nov's office. You are greeted by a staff who are friendly and always seem to remember your name. Before you get a chance to sit down and log onto the interet that is provided in the waiting room your name is called. I had my tooth extraction and crown work done. He did a good job but did not give out of pocket insurance cost beforehand and you end up with surprising bills at the end!
Dodi is a superstar. He works with Dr. Franco Audia, who did my implants, and is also amazing. They are a team of unbeatable dentists.
Dr. Nov and his staff are professional, courteous and clearly live by the rule: the patient comes first. I would recommend Dr. Nov to people who take their health seriously and want to make sure they and their families are going to be well taken care of for the long-term.
