I ordered parts from DOR 7 months ago and still haven't received anything. It's very hard to get ahold of anyone. They also lie about your order status! I called about 2months after I placed my order and I was told that it was complete and just waiting on some hardware. Another month goes by, I call, and I'm basically told that my order is now incomplete and a couple parts a going to take an additional 2 months or so. Anyway long story short if you buy something from them dont expect anything in return.

Avoid at all costs! Would give zero stars if it was an option. Absolute worst customer service I have experienced. I ordered a part and waited 2 months without hearing anything. After trying to contact the company and request a cancellation and refund for another month they ended up ignoring my calls and vaguely replying to my emails and sending the part anyways. Mitch, I'm kind of surprised to read your version of this. I thought that we were as helpful as we could be, given the circumstances. You knew going into this that we don't do refunds on custom made or built-to-order products, we are very clear about this up front. We shipped your order on Oct. 9, 2018 and by looking at the tracking info, the package was received by you and then returned to us after several days. Dealing with this company has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I placed an order in August of 2017 and finally received a partial refund April 5, 2018. Long story short, I was avoided and lied to repeatedly regarding the lift kit that I ordered. I would not recommend this company for anything. Dealing with them was a very negative experience.
To start off... I began trying to get information from DOR LLC 3 weeks ago in regards to their rear suspension arms, and panhard rod (track bar) for a 2014 Ram 1500... Once finally getting with someone via phone on Wednesday evening 9/27, as Facebook messages and emails went unanswered prior.
