I place an order. says in stock 7-9 day shipping time. cool, so a week later i get an email statign it needs to be manufactured but i would get updates as needed. no notice after a week, nothing, give it another week , still nothing, i call them, they give lame escuse, i counter i worked in a shop i know how long ect, they reply and state i amm correct then confess that it was a"material shortage" and the material just arrived in the shop today!! so i would have my part next week. I ordered a part on 6/16/2021 and after numerous emails and 3 months of waiting I filed a charge back with my card holder. They refused to give me a refund and have no estimated time or guarantee of when the part will ship, very poor customer service and a history of ripping people off
Order about $3000.00 in parts and a year later still waiting on parts. 31+ emails asking when I'll get them or if I can get a refund. All I ever get is them saying two or three weeks as they are waiting on this or that. Being told they cant issue a refund because their payment company doesnt allow them too. Well send me a check or money order then. I am now going to go further and get in contact with the FTC.
We ordered front end parts for our Dodge on 05/01/2020 for almost $1200. We inquired on the order status of our parts every few weeks with the same response of "we're waiting on XYZ parts". By October we asked for a refund since we needed these parts for our truck and they refused. They refused to let us speak to a supervisor. I will start out by stating I do not have a dispute with lost parts. This purely a customer service and product quality testimony. The steel used in these kits is thick DOM, which will "get the job done". EXCEPT when the bungs the weld into the steel to hold the heims in the steel is so thin that one hit with a hammer will bend it. That's after the Chinese welds break. The first issue I had with this kit was when the tapered bolt for the pitman arm snapped while DRIVING. Which in all honesty could have killed me or my family... read more

I placed an order for a steering kit and stabilizer at the end October 2019. I have contacted them three times to find out what is going on with my order. First time I was told the parts just came in from the machine shop and to call back in two weeks if nothing had arrived. Of course, nothing did arrive. I would give a zero start rating if it was an option. Just as others have said this company may have the worst customer service in the industry. I started out in September calling to ask technical questions. It took a few weeks back and forth to get questions work out which was fine all be it a bit slow. Sometimes, I would have to follow up a week later after being told they would call me back, in order to get an answer. I can barely understand what he said, but here are some facts. He ordered a custom length steering kit on 7/8/19, we made it and shipped it UPS ****************** on 7/22/19. On 7/29 around 4 PM he lets us know that UPS destroyed the box, all he got were the tie rod and drag link tubes, no hardware. So we shipped new hardware out on 7/30/19, we sent them USPS and the reason they went out the next business day is because it was too late to ship them the day before.
